This pre-owned ABI Harrogate will take your breath away at every turn. From the moment you enter into the hallway (yes, it’s a holiday lodge with a hallway!), to the moment you climb into the king-size bed, you’ll be embracing a lifestyle you never thought possible!

As if that wasn’t enough, immediately opposite is a utility room (I know!!). Home to sink, washing machine and ample worktops. Ideal if you’ve got dogs or just very messy humans.
Turn left and you’re into the stunning open plan living space. This is a twin unit so there are 2 sets of sliding patio doors divided by 2 feature floor to ceiling windows bringing in ample light. The view is the real winner here. Overlooking Park Pool, there’s a huge glass fronted deck with bags of room for plenty of patio furniture. On warm, summer evenings you won’t want to budge!

The internal living space is cleverly divided to make the most of the openess and the views. The dining table is set in front of one of the sets of patio doors and can comfortably seat 6. There are 2, large 3-seater leather sofas with recliner seats around a focal fireplace. The cool, light check accessories perfectly complement the olive green cupboard fronts throughout the home.

The kitchen is yet another highlight. It has chic modern cupboards, plenty of countertop space, and a breakfast bar with 3 tall stools. There’s a fridge/freezer, Neff 5 ring gas hob, oven and integrated microwave plus a slimline dishwasher.

The bedrooms are at the far end of the home. The generous twin-bedded room has feature wall paneling, a wardrobe and dressing table and access to the main bathroom opposite. For a 2nd bedroom this is big with plenty of storage.

The main family bathroom has a full-size bath (again, quite rare) with shower over, close coupled loo and basin and bags of storage space.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, feature paneling, extensive wardrobe space, dressing table with mirror and its own ensuite. This is a really generous ensuite too with a large shower enclosure, modern close couple loo and freestanding basin over yet more storage. Both bathrooms have radiators and obscured opening windows.
