We keep your caravan in secure storage and have it set up on a pitch ready for your arrival, with a choice of serviced or standard pitch subject to availability. How much are seasonal touring pitches?

Seasonal touring caravan pitches at Arrow Bank and Rockbridge start from £2,970 per year, giving you your own dedicated pitch for the full season from 1st March to 30th November. Caravan storage costs start from £620 per year through our Store & Stay service, available at all three parks. Can I live on a seasonal caravan touring pitch?

No, our parks are holiday parks rather than residential sites, so permanent residency on a seasonal caravan pitch isn't permitted. That said, you're welcome to spend as much of the season on-site as you like, coming and going whenever suits you without needing to book each time. If you're looking for something more permanent, Rockbridge does have a dedicated residential area for those aged 50 and over.

What is the difference between a Seasonal Touring Pitch and the Store & Stay service?

With a seasonal touring caravan pitch, your caravan stays on its own dedicated pitch for the full season. Your awning and kit can stay in place between visits, and you can come and go as you please without booking each time. Our Store & Stay caravan storage service works differently, we keep your caravan or motorhome in secure storage and move it onto a pitch ready for each visit you book. After your stay, it goes back into storage. Seasonal pitches are available at Arrow Bank and Rockbridge; caravan and motorhome storage is available at all three parks.

If you are looking to explore our “Store and Stay” offering, but want to try it for a short duration before committing to a full year or just want to avoid all the hassle and cost associated with towing a tourer; this might be your perfect opportunity. This year we are trialing offering a “Summer Store and Stay” option, which means you join us as a temporary store and stay guest over 3 months (June/July/August or July/August/September).
