Free Site Fees on brand new holiday homes

Applies to brand new holiday homes only. Deposit must be placed before 2/11/25 to qualify for the offer. Site fees for 2027 are due 31/10/26. Ownership T+Cs and park rules apply. Subject to availability.

Pre-loved holiday homes, £1,000 “spend local” gift vouchers

Applies to pre-owned holiday homes only. Deposit must be placed before 2/11/25 to qualify for the offer. Ownership T+Cs and park rules apply. Subject to availability. Hereford City Voucher valid for 12 months. Not transferable or extendable. Hereford City Life card voucher T+Cs apply. Hereford City Voucher value of £500. Onsite dining voucher value is £50 per month. Voucher can only be redeemed at Lakeside Bar and Bistro, Pearl Lake Country Holiday Park. Credit can not be rolled over to the following month if not redeemed. Vouchers not transferable or extendable. Voucher can only be redeemed by original holiday homeowners and not transferable to others. Offer applies only during opening months, March through to December, therefore 10 months of the year, and must be used during the 2025/26 season. Any remaining vouchers after the 31/12/26 will expire.
