The Ripley lounge is superb. A large L-shaped sofa in dusky pink is one of the comfiest we’ve ever sat on! It easily seats 6 and doubles as a sofa bed for extra guests. There are 2-foot stools concealed under the TV cabinet so you can put your feet up whilst bingeing a box set.

Hinged patio doors take you outside and are flanked by floor to ceiling windows making the lounge light and bright.
Beyond the kitchen, through a door for extra privacy, are the bathrooms and bedrooms. The twin room is generous with soft accent lighting above the beds and USB charging points (very modern!) There’s under bed storage and a wardrobe with drawers.

Opposite this bedroom is the family shower room. A large shower with sliding doors, a boutique hotel style sink and close coupled WC make this a great space. There’s an opening, obscured window, heated towel rail and storage.
The main bedroom is at the end of the home. This is a really large bedroom with the additional benefit of having an ensuite. There’s soft accent lighting above the headboard of the double bed and USB charging points above the side tables. There are 2 large wardrobes, both with drawers under. Next to those is the door to the ensuite. A double shower with sliding doors, traditional basin and WC. An obscured opening window and heated towel rail complete the room.
