You enter the Ingleton through the half, obscure-glazed side door directly off the decking. You’re straight into the kitchen/dining area which is a great space. The kitchen itself has contemporary sage green cupboard fronts under wood effect counter tops. The cupboards hide a dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. There’s also a built-in microwave, a 4-ring gas hob and plenty of sockets for your worktop electricals.

The kitchen is light and bright, benefiting from dual aspect windows, there’s a dining table with 4 fully upholstered high back seats. Here’s the first quirk – a breakfast bar with 2 stools is opposite the entrance door and to the right of that is a little corner with a seat to drop onto to take off boots, and ¾ length mirrored cupboard and storage space for shoes. Ultra handy!

Through into the lounge area giving panoramic views of the park. The colour theme here is charcoal grey, green and yellow. The sliding patio doors lead onto the composite front decking which has bags of room for patio furniture and flowerpots.

The lounge has a 3-seater and a 2-seater sofa – one of which is a sofa bed for extra guests. The lounge is full of light thanks to the patio doors but also dual aspect windows on both lengths of the home, 2 of which are (another quirk), long line. There’s a large coal and wood effect gas fire with alcove above which has mood lighting and over that a wall mounted TV. In other quirky news, there’s a modern full-length radiator and the current owners have fitted black venetian blinds to all the windows which looks very classy and sleek.

The rear hall offers access to the generous twin bedroom with a single wardrobe and a dressing table with large mirror and stool. The beds in this room have NEVER BEEN USED. They still have the manufacturers plastic wrap on them. There’s a USB socket between the beds for charging devices and a bedside light.

The family bathroom is opposite with a modern, white suite and large shower enclosure. More of those sleek, black venetian blinds too!

The master bedroom is a triumph. There’s a king size bed with storage under, modern bedside drawer units with personal lights over and a USB socket. There’s a double and single wardrobe with drawers under, plus a dressing table with large mirror, drawers and open shelving.

Finally, there’s the ensuite bathroom with corner, close coupled WC, modern sink and shower unit, plus plenty of storage.
