Description

The position of this ABI Clarendon is fabulous. It sits in the Kingfisher area at Arrow Bank with views of a large grass area and well-established trees immediately to the front. The decking brings the outside into the home, which has great little quirks and additions all round.

You enter the Clarendon from the side decking via a half-glazed door straight into a handy hallway. There’s hooks for coats and somewhere to sit to remove shoes and store them. On your left is the door to the kitchen and the open plan living area.

Now, we say open plan but there’s a really interesting design in the Clarendon which makes it very individual.

The kitchen covers the full width of the home. There’s an integral dishwasher, separate, under counter fridge and freezer and a built-in double oven with hob and glass splashback with extractor over. The oven sits on an internal return wall in the kitchen which backs onto the lounge creating a wall on that side with shelving and a mirror.
There’s bags of storage space in the kitchen, including a dresser-style set up behind the dining table with cupboards, shelving and extra worktop space.

The lounge is a lovely space, mainly because of the view through the hinged patio doors onto the decking and beyond. There’s a l-shaped sofa which would easily seat 4 plus an occasional armchair. The sofa becomes a sofa bed when extra guest space is needed.

There’s a feature electric coal effect fire with wood surrounds and mantel. One thing the Clarendon has in spades is power points – and you can never have too many of them if you’re a device family!

To the rear of the holiday home is the twin bedroom with wardrobe and drawers under as well as over bed shelving. There’s USB charging points above the bed side cabinet (very modern!). This bedroom is served by a family shower room with double shower, modern white suit, plenty of storage, and a heated towel rail.

The master bedroom has a double bed with a large, feature, padded headboard. There are 2 bedside cabinets with built-in lights and USB charging points. The room is served by an ensuite shower room with large shower enclosure, white suite, masses of storage and 2 opening windows making it a very light space. A large double wardrobe and a dressing table with lights, mirror and a stool complete the look.

The Clarendon is a top-notch holiday home and is ready to move into. Just bring yourselves and some garden furniture from which to enjoy a tipple of a summer evening on your decking. Bring your own bottle!
