Discover Parks in line for business awards 

Discover Parks has been nominated in two categories of the Herefordshire Means Business Awards 2025.

The park group is made up of Arrow Bank in Eardisland, Pearl Lake in Shobdon and Rockbridge just on the border in Presteigne. Pearl Lake has been owned and run by Glenn and Hannah Jones for 26 years.  

Discover Parks is nominated in the ‘Medium to Large Business of the Year’ and ‘Customer Service Provider of the Year’ categories.

Previous winner  

The highly competitive awards, now in their 8^th year, highlight the outstanding achievements of Herefordshire businesses. Discover Parks was nominated for and won the ‘Family Business of the Year’ award in 2018. The entrants are judged by an independent panel of respected business leaders.  

Reflection of hard work

Discover Parks owner, Glenn Jones, says he’s thrilled to have been nominated in two categories: “These nominations are a true reflection on the fabulous work our teams do across all aspects of the park. To be nominated in the customer service category is absolutely brilliant. It recognises just how much importance we put on the relationships we build with our customers – whether they’re owners here for decades or just visiting us for a short stay.  

“As a family business, being nominated in the ‘Medium to Large’ category shows just how far we’ve come since we first bought Pearl Lake over 25 years ago.” 

The winners will be announced on Saturday October 18^th.
