Another Major Charity Benefits From Pearl Lake Anniversary Pledge

The British Heart Foundation, is June’s chosen charity marking Glenn & Hannah’s Silver Anniversary pledge.  

Nominated by holiday home owners Tony and Jackie Hampton (pic left) from Sedgley,  the choice of charity is very poignant due to their grandson’s serious illness. They both feel the work of the BHF is vital in helping the outcomes of millions of people living with heart and circulatory diseases.

“We’re in the grip of a heart care crisis, people dying before age 75 is at a 14 year high! By donating to the BHF we can all help fund the research, to uncover the science, that can help if something goes wrong and provide better outcomes for future generations, our family is only complete because of a BHF funded scientific breakthrough!”

Glenn says they’re more than happy to support charities chosen by their holiday home owners.

“It’s our way of returning the support we’ve received throughout our 25yrs at Pearl Lake. BHF’s work is particularly important to Tony & Jackie at the moment and we’re finding that each month our donations to the vital charities chosen by our home owners are close to the hearts of numerous people on park.”

Over the past six decades, BHF has made huge strides in improving outcomes for the 7.6 million people living with heart and circulatory diseases says Balvinder Kaur, Partnership/Fundraising Manager for Birmingham & Solihull.
